Is there any way to run iOS4 on an android based phone?

Think about what would be have to recoded out of cobra/python/iOS( i think thats the os code name?) and linked to his phone...
Picture, it would have to be re routed to his camera... front facing.. does it have one?

I was just throwing it out there because he is on verizon and he was looking for good apps... i thought there was one that would make it look somewhat like an iphone because we all know iphones are better.

is easier if he buys an older iphone 3g (no multitasking though) since then he could run also iPhodroid (Droid on the iPhone) and have them both I haven't seen nobody doing this backwards though...
