Is there any way to use iPhone as an input for a monitor?

Is there any way to have an iPhone an input device for a monitor? I have the Sunday ticket app on my phone, but watching games on a 3.5" screen gets old. Is there a way I can plug my iPhone into a monitor and watch it on it instead? Btw, video feeds are blocked on the pc here at work.

Does the Sunday Ticket support Airplay? If it does, then you could use an Apple TV 2 to stream to your TV.

Not sure what to say if trying to stream to a PC/Mac.
