I don’t want to see the time every time I wake up my iPhone screen display.

I never ever want to see the time on the Lock Screen if I can help it.

There must be some sort of way.

If anything I only ever want to see the time from a watch face on my Apple Watch and not on my iPhone at all, damn this Lock Screen. I don’t want to see the time!

Click the little globe icon in the corner and set the clock's script to something you can't understand. :p

There is a crude way to do it. You can't truly remove it, but you can change the font color to make it match the wallpaper and effectively make it disappear. This would require using a wallpaper with a solid background in the area of the clock.
