is there anyway i can restore safari bookmarks after setting up as "new" phone?

so i dont want to restore from a backup i want to start as a new phone. but i want all my old bookmarks. is there anyway to import my old bookmarks without using the restore from back up feature?

in iTunes under Devices -> Your iPhone -> info

scroll down to Other and check the Safari box, any bookmarks that you currently have on your Safari desktop browser will transfer over to your iPhone Safari Browser. it might ask you to Replace the bookmarks on your phone with the desktop bookmarks or to Merge the info together.
