Is there anyway to change the video viewing quality on 3g?

I searched the fourms and google and nothing...but just wanted to know if anyone has some trick or something to view online videos in high quality on 3g just like on wi-fi, I'm sure it's more than capable if you were to just wait to load

I am sure it is possible, but I believe it would involve getting the app to think you are on Wifi. I am not sure if the same jailbreak app that allows Skype over 3G will work, but I guess it is worth a try.
