Is there anyway to drag tabs in Safari?

I am not sure where I saw it, but recall reading once that there was a way to allow for dragging Safari's tabs. I know this sorrily missing feature is available in firefox, but I honestly don't enjoy using firefox that much and find that it is often slow compared to safari. Anyway, is there an application or a way to help with the tabs issue?

Safari 3 lets you drag tabs, but you will have to wait until Leopard.

The Saft plugin enables it, along with a lot of other enhancements to Safari.

I knew about the safari 3 update, but was hoping that was not where I remembered it from.
