General Is there anyway to fake that im into a 3G network?

I was wondering if there is anyway to fake that im into in a 3G network when im really in a wifi one, because there are some apps that require 3G connection, it will be useful, thanks

What kind of application? If it's one of those carrier apps for checking your usage etc, there's a reason why it needs the 3G connection (to verify and pull up the correct account).
