Is there anyway to get back app-savefile?

So since I updated (a whole lot of things) but including my Itunes and Iphone, and Ipad.

I noticed that
certain game-apps:
- Infinity blade
- frogy jump

don't have my old saved files.

I had like 200 bricks in froggy jump (I WANT THEM BACK!)

And infitinity blade.. I purchased weapons there. (i want those weapons back)

Any ways to get them back?

Because I will never play froggy jump again unless I get my bricks back.
