I've tried restoring my iPhone to regain the other space on it, about 1.43GB, and it won't go away. is there a way to get rid of it without restoring the iPhone? I've done it about 3-4 times, and still have the same issue.

It's just temp files and caches. The OS will delete as needed. Why is it bothering you?
