Is there anyway to update the games and applications with my new Apple Id?

I bought the IPad-4 mini 2 years ago from another country and the shop downloaded applications and games on it by his password and ID that I do not know and now this account is locked.
Now I left this country and created a now user account and password for me and I need to update these games and applications but I am not able as every time I am asked for the password that the shop entered which I do not know??!!
Is there anyway to update the games and applications with my new Apple Id???

Nope, you'll need to repurchase them if you now have a new id.
