I don't know if you can do it directly from the server but you could always set up a rule in mai, or whatever mail client that you want to use, to forward your mail. The main drawback is that you would have to leave the mail client running on a computer somewhere all the time.

If you logon to the MobileMe website and go into Mail and then Options, there is an option to forward your email to another email address.

AFAIK, that happens instantly.
