Is there different Generations of the Smart Keyboard Folio iPad Pro 11"?

I've been missing the iPad bag-wagon for a while now but recently decide to got myself a new iPad Pro 11". I've been looking to add a Smart Keyboard Folio 11" in the mix, however I was looking to get it second hand from eBay or through independent vendors. What I found weird is that there are plenty that are sold almost new for a fraction of the original price, however I can't confirm compatibility with the Gen 3 iPad Pro 11". Most sellers do not offer a compatibility list, so someone would naturally presume that the smart keyboard folio would be compatible with all generations of the iPad Pro 11". Apple website seems to suggest that the smart keyboard folio for the 11" iPad Pro is compatible with all the generations of the iPad Pro, and provide no further information about different generations etc.

I'm start getting suspicious that there is an old or defective version that I should have known about before commit buying one.

So the simple question here is: how many generations of the smart keyboard folio for the iPad Pro 11" are there?

I bought one off ebay that said 1/2nd gen compatible after the seller said it was 3rd gen compatible. It worked fine and the box actually did say 1/23rd gen compatible.

I'm looking around to find info, that are very scarce. If you have a 1/2nd generation compatible smart keyboard folio should be compatible with 3rd generation of Ipad Pro 11" because there are no real difference between the dimension/design between the 2nd and 3rd generation.

However I believe there is a 1st generation smart keyboard folio, that would only fit 1st generation iPad Pros 11" but it would not fit the 2nd and 3rd generation. The reason is the change of the size of the window, for accommodating the posterior camera, from rectangular to square.

Again this is my assumption, because Apple does not provide enough information on this :/

Yes there are 2 generations of Smart Keyboard Folio 11"

1st-gen SKF 2018 : Fits only 1st-gen iPad Pro 11" (2018) & iPad Air 4 (2020)
2nd-gen SKF 2020: Fits all iPad Pro 11" (2018, 2020, 2021 M1) & iPad Air 4 (2020)

Obvious different is the camera cutout.
2nd gen has a square cutout to fit lidar camera, slightly darker color and Apple logo at the back of top lid.

yes I though that this the difference. I found some SKF quite a few on ebay, that sell for almost half the price of the 2nd generation SKF. The sellers don’t clarify what generation SKF is possible due also of lack of knowledge
