is there much difference between a g3 500 mhz and a g3 800 mhz

Good morning fellow mac lovers,

I found a g3 ibook listed on craigslist this morning for $209.00 it has a 800 mhz processor with 256k of memory, i currently am using a g3 powerbook pismo (firewire) 500 mhz/512k memory and wondering if i would notice much difference in the computers except for the fact the ibook is much cuter and not black color. only issue with my g3 powerbook is it needs a new battery and it is the black color with the upside down apple logo on the cover... why apple couldnt put it right side up is beyond me my buddys g3 ibook 500/512 the apple logo is right side up. anyway is the g3 800mhz/256k ibook worth getting or is my g3 powerbook almost the same?

At this point I'd save your money and buy a modern machine.
