Is there still a way to get Quick Pick on a stock 4s?

I'm waiting for the day when I can have app shortcuts through a jailbreak, but in the meantime, is there a way for me to get this app even though it was pulled? Sad if not but if someone knows something, please post it here?

I don't think you can since it was pulled. I use this app to create shortcuts that I put in a folder to things like brightness, WiFi, and network. http://itunes.apple.com/app/id458870823?mt=8
