as a mini dvi to hdmi?? I have used plenty of search tools to check, but can't find anything. I have A 27" Envision HDTV LW27461 and i don't think it has DVI input, but it does have hdmi.

No. You need the Apple Mini-DVI to full sized DVI adaptor then a DVI to HDMI cable.

The pin-outs are the same, so it is possible to make one. But they don't make them.
