I just found this:
If you pick up an item and hold the mouse button down as if to drag it, activate Exposé (all windows mode is all I've tested), then drop the item in the same window (you'll get the "Can't Do That" cursor) while Exposé is still active, when you deactivate Exposé, the Finder, the Dock, and the menu bars of all applications stop responding. Menulets (like .Mac Sync, International, and AirPort Signal Strength) still respond, though.
Command+Control+Eject (to cause a restart) is the only method I've tried to escape this, and it works...I'm wondering if a log out (Command+Shift+Q) would get me out of there without having to restart.
Is this a bug in Tiger?
