I ordered an iPad Mini Retina at the 5th Avenue store 9 hours ago, and it said it was ready for pickup 20 minutes later. 8 hours later, however, I got an email saying my order was cancelled. Web support and the store both said they don't know why it was cancelled, but web support said it was cancelled by the store and that there was no note on why it was cancelled.
I placed another order just now and it already says available for pickup.. I'm just trying to prevent it from getting cancelled for whatever reason again. Has this happened to anyone else.
