Is This A Dead/Stuck Pixel?

I just noticed today on my 5 month old iMac 4K that it looks like there is a stuck or more likely dead pixel on the display.

I am bitterly disappointed as it's only 5 months old and cost a pretty penny and would expect a couple of years use before having any problems like this.

I have attached a photo. It's the dot next to the cursor...

Can anyone confirm that it is a dead pixel? I have tried the stuck pixel fixes to no effect.

I am in Australia which has very strict laws on warranty so I am not worried about getting it fixed or replaced, but's it's just a big hassle to go the Apple Shop with no car and I need the iMac for work. So I was hoping someone on here might have a suggestion.

Tried jscreenfix and that didn't work. When the screen is black you can just make it out very feint though.

In that case, that’s probably dead/stuck pixel so it’s best solution - Apple Shop.
