In the UK you can now get radio streaming over the internet without doing anything to your ipod touch. GCap, the company which owns Classic FM, and some other radio stations, has managed to stream its services to the Touch. This is before the BBC has managed it. If one company has done it, others will follow!

You can do that as long as the audio stream is QuickTime formatted. I used to do it with a Station in Portland, OR. But then their server ate it, and now there is no MIME tag on the file (as a PHP call is used to get the file) so the iPhone won't play it.
