Is this a fried digitizer connector port on the logic board? iPhone 4s

I was just wondering because there was a fair amount of corrosion from water damage on the connector, but the new digitizer does not power on nor does the back light power on. I replaced the battery and cleaned off all the corrosion found on the logic board with 91% isoproply alcohol like I always do for water damaged phones. However I haven't encountered this problem before. Notice the top left pins are darker at the tips than on the other side where the pins look clean.
