Is this a good deal for a backup HD to use with Leopard?

Just curious if this is a good deal for an external Hard Drive to use with Leopard's Time Machine and to store some video and audio files (iTunes backup). Also for family picture storage and backup. I assume Time Machine will back up all of these files?
