Since it says you can pick up; if you win the bid or Buy It Now, check out the computer to see it's in good order and then pay. That way if it's bad, you don't have to pay anything and also don't bother with the Shuffle.

I say this, because the guy has a 96% feedback which is pretty bad.

I'm not really used to eBay but is 96% bad ??! If you look at his details there is only one negative comment.

I think if people can sell 40k items with 98%, 96% with 900 is bad.
