has 2.8ghz.. but only expandable to 4gb.. i read in some other topic its expandable to 8gb.. has anyone tried this?

I dont see much of a diff between this and the new mbp

upgradable to 8gb RAM on the new ones is worth the money because it may have a longer use life. Just my 2cents.

yea thats my reasoning for getting the new one.. but this one has more l2 cache.. might help me run my music processes faster
