Is this a good deal on 2011 MBP 15"?

I found a used one in like new condition for $1900:

- 2.3GHz Intel Core i7
- 15" High Res Anti-Glare Screen
- 8GB of OWC RAM (upgraded from stock)
- 750GB 5400RPM disk
- SuperDrive
-Snow Leopard


I'm not familiar what the going rate is on the used market...good deal or going rate?

That should be the model with the 1 GB card as the low-end does not appear to have a 2.3 GHz option (or any option for that matter).

If it is in fact the 1 GB option, that is quite a nice deal. It's $300 off essentially plus it has a $250 2.3 GHz upgrade, $150 Hi-Res AG option and 8 GB of RAM installed. I would go for it if it is in fact in "like new" condition.

The reliability of that drive has recently been compromised but there should be a firmware update coming soon (or it already came about, I don't keep up) that will fix it.

I would just purchase the MBP on its own personally if a 15'' is what you really want and forget the SSD.
