Well, including a couple of thousand dollars worth of software without the CDs or license transfer is piracy, flat out.

So you have to wonder -- if the seller is willing to cheat about this, what else are they willing to lie or cheat about?

This is a Core Duo (32-bit) not Core 2 Duo (64-bit). So check out Everymac.com or Mac2sell.net to see if it is a reasonable price.

Eh, man, go to eBay if you want a computer. I really wouldn't trust Craigslist at all.

I agree that the software part is whack. You should be wiping the machine anyway, so the software part is useless; also if the software is legit, according to the EULA, to transfer, the discs and license keys must be transfered; installations don't count.
