Is this a good deal?

Actually, I know it is a good deal, but am I buying an outdated computer? Can't afford the new dual-core units. Should I wait for Intel Power Macs? Or should I buy this for $1450:

Brand new, but recently discontinued Power Mac dual 2.0gHz with
512 MB
160 GB HDD
ATI Radeon 9600 w/128 MR VRAM
Dual Layer 16x Super Drive
No Airport/Bluetooth

Is it me, or does this seem like one of those "stripped-down" Power Macs? There is no PCI-X like the previous dual 2.0, and only 4 RAM slots. Am I being too picky?
