iPhone 12 Is this a good deal?

On Ebay, a seller by the name of Supplytronics is selling an iPhone 12 256gb, in excellent condition, for $739. It is refurbished and comes with a 1 year warranty. I wonder if it would be worth it to get this or just pay the extra $90 for a new 13 (half the memory, but still more than what I use). Any input is much appreciated!

IMO, it's not worth it. The 13 will get supported for an additional year over the 12, has a significantly better battery, and if you have sensitive eyes, the screen is much better on the 13.

Get the new device and avail of Apple’s original warranty rather than some home made warranty promises of a third party - is my thinking.

The trade in value is $530, but I expected it to be less.

That's what I'm doing. I decided on the 13, now I just need to decide on a color lol.
