An iBook G4 12 in with 1ghz, 256 ram and 30gb hdd for 175...any info would be appreciated thank you

where are you? i.e. is this dollars, pounds etc??

ps I had the 800mhz iBook for my degree and it sailed through, battery dead now but my Sister uses it. Great laptop, one of the best made

lol im sorry $175.00 its in pretty good cosmetic shape only comes with charger and is restored brand new, is it that great of a deal where I shouldn't think about and buy it now or give it some thought before buying? I've never had a mac...

If you never had a mac why would you start in the past your gonna miss out on Snow Leopard at the very least get a old whitebook

Honestly, I wouldn't bother with anything that isn't Intel-based...

Great deal!DEFINETLY go for it!!!!!!!!

That machine is definetly a good deal! That model usually sells for about $300 so you would be getting a good deal. If you plan on keeping it for a bit upgrade the memory and hard drive. This improves resale value too.

get it!

no it won't run SL but nor will a dual 2.3 G5, doesn't make either bad computers. For this price there are no obvious flaws

Hey and enjoy it. Something that cheap will be a great companion an expensive computer is an investment a cheaper one is a friend! Sounds corny I know but its how I see them!
