Is this a good deal?

Hi all,
I am looking at a g5 tower, it is a 1.6 gh2, 512mb of ram a combo drive and has cs4 and final cut. He is asking 275 and it does not come with disks he says it has carbon copy cloner on it which is good fro backups. Do you think this is a good deal or should i offer him less.

The software is pirated, as the software is worth ten times what the computer is easy. Assuming the processor is just a regular G5 (not a dual) and the hard drives are fairly standard (i.e. no 10,000 RPM Raptors) the computer is worth about $150, minus another $40 for the cost off restore disc.
