Never heard of that brand, but the price is acceptable, all the cables are included, and it has a decent (Oxford) chipset, although it doesn't list any warranty, and if you look at the reviews, the good ones all seem to be from company shills.

It'll probably be fine, but I'm wary of anything without a listed warranty.

And keep in mind that if you're not averse to rolling your own, you can get a similar case for around $30, and the same hard drive (from the specs, sounds like a DiamondMax 10) for about $85. The advantage of that route is you get the full 3 year warranty on the drive (or five years, if you go with another drive brand), and probably a year warranty on the case.
 
Maxtor Drives are loud and had problems recently... Try to find a Seagate drive and an enclosure with a fan.
