Is this a good HD?

Does anyone know if this is a good external hard drive? i want it for media off of my dell now and then i want to use it in about 4 months or so w/ a Mac i'll be getting for college....Phillips and Western Digital:

I think it would work fine. But http://dealmac.com tends to find similar hard drives for $20 less.
