Is this a good monitor to use for watching tv, playing xbox 360 on, and using for my computer? What other accessories would I need to play xbox in 1080p and to watch tv with? Thanks!

Wow, $300+ for a 23" monitor? You could totally get a Dell U2311 for less, and you get IPS panel.

For video consumption, I'd recommend size/resolution, since anything above 1080p doesn't matter. So I'd say find a 27" 1080p monitor like this one:

A 27 inch at 1080p is kind of a low res/ppi. Sure it might be fine for games since the Xbox can't do more than 1080p anyway (and if you are sitting farther back when playing), but for computer use I would want something might higher at that size. 1080p really should only be used on screens less than 25 inches... for computer use anyway.
