Is this a good option for RAM?

I don't have too much to spend on RAM and saw this deal. I believe it will fit, but just wanted to see if anyone has these in their units.

It's not ECC, and has a slower CAS latency = 9 (stock = 7). But should work, albiet slower due to the increased latency, provided Apple didn't disable the memory controller's ability to use it.

Personally, I'd stick with DDR3 Unbuffered ECC (UDIMM), CAS latency = 7. OWC is a good source to check out, if you haven't already. It doesn't matter where it comes from, so long as the specs match.

Thank you for providing detailed information so I know what to look for when I make the purchase. I will more than likely purchase from OWC again.
