Is this a Good price for 2012 11" Air?

How much do you think a fair price is for a 2012 11" MBA - base model i5 with 64GB Flash, 4GB Memory? A local seller is selling his for $700 and it's in mint condition and also comes with remaining Apple care good for another 20 months. Does that seem like it's priced right? How fast do the 64GB 11" Airs depreciate? Thanks for any advice.

Right now the refurbs are $850 for a better processor, 1 year AppleCare, 128gb instead of 64gb, and better graphics card. Pretty good for $150 more.
