Is this a good price for an imac?

I have found a place selling an 20" 2.16Ghz iMac for £699. All the configurations are bog standard.

I was possibly thinking of buying this and upping the memory to either 2 or 3gb then keeping it until an updated imac comes out.

What I want to know is how much do you guys think I would be able to get for the imac, with say the 2gb memory upgrade when I come to sell in a few months.

Will I lose much money on this thing.
