Same model from apple (refurbished) and you'll get a full warranty for $399. Obviously it's $25 more and you don't get the case, but at least it has a warranty.

Soon used iPad 2 will be about $250-$350, once iPad 3 is out.
It's not wise to buy an iPad 1 at that price right now.

I think a good purchasing price is $250 for the iPad 1 with wifi and 3G. My suggestion is to visit the Marketplace section and see what others are buying for.
I tried selling mine here for $400 but people said it was too high (wifi only 16GB) however sold to someone for 385 on Amazon (15 is meaningless in this matter).
So, from a sellers point: yes price is good. Buyers point: too expensive.

I only paid $300 for my iPad 1. Unless you're getting a 3G iPad I wouldn't pay more than $320
