Is this a good price to buy an iMac 21.5" 2011?

I have been going back and forth between used Mac mini and iMac, and found an iMac 21.5" 2011 model for 1,100,000 won, which is about 976.8 US dollars.
It's the base model. Do you guys think this is a good deal?
Btw, the price for base model iMac is 1,490,000 won here in Korea.

Also, since a new release of iMacs are imminent, shoud I rather wait for the prices to drop?
