Is this a known bug? (MacBook Pro 15" Mid 2009)

Hello!

Is this a know bug with the MacBook Pro 15" Mid 2009?

When you activate the GeForce 9400M graphics card and clicking on "Apple" and then "Shutdown" or "Restart" and immediatly after move the mouse then the cursor hangs.

When using the GeForce 9600M this problem doesn't occur.

Is the computer still shutting down? If so, I don't see how this is much of a "bug".
