It all feels very fly-by-night to me:
  • Brand new 2018 cheap e-commerce site.
  • Email is associated with a different cheap e-commerce site that's now gone.
  • Looks like a retail store with "hours" and everything, but address is some random office building.
  • London location selling in US dollars.
  • They sell trinkets... and Apple Watches?
  • Price is WAY too cheap.
  • Website isn't even working at the moment.

The old saying, if it's too good to be true, it probably is comes to mind.

If the big retailers aren't offering that deep of a discount on a new Series 4 Apple Watch, how in the world would a no name e-tailer be able to offer legitimate deals like that?

You'd be better off looking on the second hand market or even buying AW 3 rather than take a chance with that offer. Just my two cents.

If you never fell for a good old Internet scam go and do it. You won’t be disappointed with the outcome. Your money will be gone the moment you click checkout. And you won’t have the feeling to have missed the one opportunity to save big money!

Don’t!

Smells fishy, looks like fish and every sense and instinct says it is fish but still want to 'believe' so bad it's not a fish.

Yep not touching it. Shame Google included it in its shopping results.
