Is this a legit replacement battery for 2009 MacBook Pro?

It will probably work, but I doubt it is an actual Apple battery. It will probably look exactly like one and even have an Apple serial number on it. If I was going to buy a third party battery, I might buy from ebay instead. Better buyer protection if it ends up being terrible.
