The guy said its a Powerbook but I haven't been able to find anything on Powerbooks having black keyboards...any ideas?

That is a Powerbook G4 Ti. The first generation of the Powerbook G4.

It is Titanium Powerbook, My mother is using my old Titanium Powerbook. She was told at an Apple Store that there are no webcams for this computer.
