Is this a phishing site?

I was trying to login on my "kik" account. I dont think you can login other then when you are on your iPhone. However I saw the site "kik.com" and it was a login page. I attempted to try several passwords but I forgot my password. So I sent the email confirmation to two different emails. I repeated the confirmation several times because an email wasn't showing up. IT finally worked when I found a Kik help centre page, however that page looked different than the original login page. Attached is a picture. I clicked the first link. Is that a fake website disguised as kik? Honestly, I don't really care if it was a phishing site, all i'm worried about is if my computer could be infected from it?

could get bitdefender or malwarebytes and run them should find any on comp if there.
