You can take very nice screenshots by pressing Cmd + Shift + 4, and selecting the area of the screen that you are interested in.

The battery is fine. It seems difficult to measure the charge stored in a battery without discharging it. Whatever method they use to get an estimate, it's not perfectly accurate.
 
It is perfectly normal if your battery health (maximum capacity) is more or less than 100%, even when brand new, or if it fluctuates up or down over time. For further details, read the CHECKING STATUS AND HEALTH section of the following link.
