I selected a song to play on my computer, but iTunes said I was not authorized to play songs purchased with the account ___@_____.com.

That is not my email address or my account name, so I looked up the song information and apparently it was purchased by somebody else.

I don't know how a song purchased on another account would turn up on my account, but I'd like to know if this is a glitch in iTunes or if this guy has my iPod.

Has anybody had this happen to them before?

Have you or someone else transferred any music from from an iPod that isn't yours?
I've seen that with a few songs from a list that was transferred from my son's friends iPod to our iTunes Library.

No, only one iPod has ever been synced to my mac.
