Is this a ripoff or ok?

I have an iPhone 4 (16gb) and someone just offered me a Macbook (late 2006-early 2007 model Black) and a 32gb iPhone 3gs both in good conditions for it. Just wondering if this is a good deal or if I would be getting ripped off?

Yes. Why wouldn't it be

Iphone 4 is worth about 450.

iphone 3gs 16gb worth about 250.

mbp worth about 300.

if you don't like the iPhone4, and want a 3gs / mbp, then go for it!

Depending on how much you really want that phone, it's a good deal if everything works properly. Make sure the HD on the MB is fine. Also check battery life for both
