I got this site from some spam mail.

Code:
http://apple-software.net/

Is it a scam? The prices seem too good to be true. I was one click away from entering my credit card info before I realized this might not be kosher.

I always find these threads amusing, because I would confidently click "reply" and type "yes" without even reading the post or looking at the site, based entirely on the title. I can't think of the question ever being asked when it wasn't a scam, anyway.

If you have to ask, it probably is.

If you think its a scam it generally is.

Just go by the old adage "If it's too good to be true, it probably is "

Why even ask if its a scam when they're selling software discounted by nearly a thousand bucks. If that doesn't raise any red flags, I have some swamp land in florida to sell you :p

I got this one too... and oddly enough to my non-spam email addresses rather than my spam addresses. Didnt fool me for a second though.. not for $99! you must be havin' a laugh. Nice rip of the Apple site though... but since some of the links are going to Russia.. I think not.

Also, I like the way they have translations into German, French, Dutch and Spanish but you've still got to pay in $$!

if this was a real apple site then there would not be a G5 next to the monitor on the homepage. It would be a mac pro

Read the F.A.Q.s They might as well say "We are selling pirated copies of software."

http://apple-software.net/info/terms/

2.3 The software we sell is packed into archives which contain FULL BACKUP COPIES of original licensed software which have .zip format ( to open them You need WinZip software );

2.5 Software can’t be registered on-line due to the definite limitations;

2.6 You won’t be able to receive any printed license confirmation;
