I don't have any third party apps, or use a Chinese keyboard...

I also have this, it's very frustrating from a tidy-backup point of view. I assumed it was because I'm in the Asia Pacific region and America can't tell the difference between China, Australian and NZ.

Then of course there was the iPhone keynote, which was in some Asian language... Maybe Apple wants the world to start speaking Mandarin?
