I was thinking about installing Win 10 via bootcamp again but I only wish to give Windows 30GB of storage since I hardly ever use it but with this article I may pass and just use it at work when I find a job. Perhaps only installing Windows on my MacBook Pro if my job requires home use of Windows. I could give Windows 50GB of space like I did last time but that would just eat up more space from Mac OS so I will probably pass.

Why did MS implement this change? Absurd!!

The article you linked explains why Microsoft is making the change.
