My white 2007 Macbooks battery has 464 cycles and istat pro says it has 99 health and coconut battery says it has 99 health, is this normal?

Yup, that can happen. It's not common, but it's a good thing. As long as it's not draining abnormally fast despite that, you're in great shape!

For comparison, my 2008 Black MacBook is on 92% health after 452 cycles - which means it's still in good, but not excellent, shape.

That's great!

I always have the bad luck of ending up with battery that starts out at 97% and goes to 40% in less than 100 cycles.
