thatt's cl10 whereas imac default has cl11. not sure how much setbacks there are though (if any)

I have used that particular brand before, and whilst their products have been fairly good, and good value, they are obviously not the best/fastest, it depends whether you are on a budget or if you want maximum performance. RAM is one area I wouldn't save money on because if you have mismatching RAM types in your iMac it can wreak havoc - crashing, bugs, glitches etc. etc.
